Double the fun |
by Michael Keller
A standard set of double-six dominoes forms 7x8 rectangles, but only the numbers show. Your task is to reconstruct the placement of the 28 dominoes. We present four separate challenges. A list of the dominoes is included below to help you keep track of the dominoes you have placed. Alternately, if you happen to have them around the house, you can use an actual set of dominoes to help you solve these puzzles.
Please note: The devious puzzle maker has faced all the non-symmetrical dot groupings (2, 3 and 6) consistently in the same direction to obscure the true orientation of the tiles. In your solutions, dot patterns may angle differently from what you see above.
Answers will be added here with next issue.
